You are my north star! I am here to offer my love, complete attention and care to YOU mumma, because I know there ain't no two days the same in motherhood – it’s full of ebbs and flows, and how I show up for you will be a reflection of your uniqueness on any given day, hour or moment.

10 x sessions that fully nurture you during

4th trimester

  • Lunch, dinner, drink and a batch of snacks are provided at each session

    In collaboration with other pp doulas/postpartum bodyworkers, you will have one in home bodywork session

  • postpartum herb foot baths / baths

    oxytocin boosting goodies and gifts

    Continuous email and text support for the duration of our time together and for two month after our last session

    5 x check in phone calls to use whenever you need

  • A 2 hour postpartum preparation session in the comfort of your home

    35 hours of nurture and support that can be workshopped into something that feels right for you, be that twice weekly sessions, weekly sessions or a mixture

Nourished Start

8 x nurture sessions that

Soft Landing

Doula Clean

Think practical house cleaner combined with doula nurture and nourishment that provides yourself or that loved one with a little reset

  • This is a stand alone session that can be a great gift idea for a loved one or a fab gift to yourself 

    Its a 3.5 hour session subject to location, where i combine my house cleaning and doula work

    here is not much ill refuse to do in that doula time so don’t be shy, ask away honeys. And if you don’t know. I got you. Ill step in, filling the on the gaps and cracks so you can move forward feeling a little more rested, a little more prepared for the week and a lot more nurtured

  • Ill give your house a 2 hour house clean ( focusing on the areas you want me to priorities )

    Ill genrally use your cleaning chemicals, vaccum and mop but will provide the rest and always have emergancy backup cleaning sprays so you dont have to make a made dash to the supermarkt if your out

  • A postpartum nourishing meal for 4

    A few oxytocin boosting gifts of joy

    Time for you to rest and soak up a postpartum herb footbath whilst i feed you a postpartum snack and ad drink

    provide some oxytocin boosting goodies for you to use for a little self care then have a wee chat about what you might need whilst im there and how you would like me to nurture you during the hour of Doula support

    Fresh sheets on the beds

    Getting on top of the massive pile of laundry

    Cleaning out and organsing the fridge

    Exploring ways you get set yourself up with some practical or emotional tips to create more fludity and ease in your days

    Or our time might be focused on support with breastfeeding and bub 

    Or debriefing your birth experiences

    Or connecting you to allied health professionals 

    voice note/text support for one week post session, a follow up email with any information you asked me to gather for you during our session and access to my list of fabo allied health professionals and supports 

Nurture Mumma recognises and acknowledges  the ongoing connection of the traditional custodians and carers of this land on which i practise and support, the Wurundjeri of the Kulin nation. I pay my deepest respect to elders past and present and acknowledge the sovereignty was never seeded.
